If you’re looking to host an event in the upcoming New Year, then read on – we’ve come up with a basic list to get you back into the groove of event-hosting with St. Joseph’s Banquet & Conference Centre. Here’s what you need to know about the process:
Private Tour
In the research stage of finding the perfect venue for your event, you’ll be invited to book a private tour with our Event Manager where you can walk through the space, ask any questions, and discuss budget, menu, and all other details. This is your time to find out how St. Joseph’s Banquet & Conference Centre can work for you. With event spaces to accommodate groups of 40 to over 400, we really do have an event space that’s just right for your unique needs.
Menu Selection & Quote
Your menu is one of the most important pieces in a successful event – whether it’s a casual luncheon with your company, or an elegant soiree to celebrate a milestone. We have many menu options and built-out packages to best serve you. We want you to know all venue costs upfront, so we provide you with a detailed and accurate quote based on your menu selection, expected guest count, event space, and any additions you’re requesting. You’ll have all the information you’ll need to host your event!
Booking Your Date
It’s time to officially book your event date! Once you sign the event hosting contract and leave a booking deposit, you’re able to start sending out invitations to the event you’re hosting! This is when the real fun begins!
Confirming All Details
Over a week prior to your event, we’ll meet to confirm all details – from guest count, to menu, to décor, etc. This way we can ensure we’re both on the same page, and ensure that your event will run smoothly and exactly as you imagined it. We’ll talk about your floorplan, walk through your event space once again, and answer any last-minute questions you may have.
Hosting Your Event
Once the big day is here, leave all the details to us! Everything that we agreed upon will be delivered, and you will have the night of your life hosting an event at St. Joseph’s Banquet & Conference Centre! This will be your night to enjoy yourself and celebrate all the hard work you put into making this event come together.
